Turnaround Times/ Return policy

Here at All So Pink Boutique, some of our items are handmade and some of custom orders. 

For this reason our turnaround times are 10-14 working days. In which time items will be made, created and shipped to you. 

Due to some of our products being made to order and customised we cannot accept returns on items.

In cases where the item/s unfortunately arrive damaged then we will happily accept returns for these items, once the item/s are returned to us and we confirm receipt of them we will refund for the items via original payment method.
